Hy-filling QGF series integrates washing, filling and capping three functions in one machine. It is used for 5G portable water bottling line. The frame and body are made in high quality stainless steel, motors and proximity sensors are used to control the moving of the chain. Rinsing nuzzles are inserted insdie the bottles to make a thorough cleaning. This machine can realize "No-bottles, no-rinsing" function to save the water. Two speed of filling flow is used to prevent the damage of bottles. The machne is controlled by PLC, equipted with alarm systems. The capacity is from 120 BPH - 600 BPH.
